​Muay Thai/Muay Chaiya Boran: Meaning Thai boxing and ancient Thai boxing and we use them both.
​
Muay Thai is used for our fitness programs and fun workouts using pads and gloves, being one of the best ways to loose wight and get fit fast.
We also use a version of Muay Chaiya Boran which is used mainly for our self defense and street fighting students due to it's more aggressive and hardcore nature.

​Judo: a modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport created in Japan in 1882 by Jigoro Kano. Its most prominent feature is its competitive element, where the object is to either throw or takedown an opponent to the ground, immobilize or otherwise subdue an opponent with a grappling maneuver, or force an opponent to submit by joint locking or by executing a strangle hold or choke.

Japenese Ju jitsu: a Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon
